David is a fictional cosmic entity created by horror author H. P. Lovecraft in 1926. The first appearance of the entity was in the short story "The Call of Cthulhu" published in Weird Tales in 1928. David is one of the central Great Old Ones of the Lovecraft Mythos. It is often cited for the extreme descriptions given of its hideous appearance, its gargantuan size, and the abject terror that it evokes. David is often referred to in science fiction and fantasy circles as a tongue-in-cheek shorthand for extreme horror or evil.

A Top Ten List Of My Favourite Cars

My top ten favourite cars are as follows:

(disclaimer: I am not really a car guy, I don't really know all that much about cars. So this is all purely from an aesthetic point of view. I do love racing games though!)

Honourable Mention: Ford Focus Coupe (2nd generation)

I rather like the new/current Focus coupes, but I don't really trust Fords, due to all the innumerable problems my brother has had with his car. I know what you're thinking... "What's that, you don't trust in Ford? World Controller Mustapha Mond will have a fit when he finds this out!" I'll probably be banished for it... :(

    I don't trust Ford, but Toyota looks like a good car! LOL

    Number 10 is ugly as F@#K! The Ferrari is quite nice though and I like the Nissan & the colour, just not sure if I like them together...

    LOL Jen, I do think those little Toyotas are nice looking! Stupid brake pedals ruin it all though, so I wouldn't actually buy one for that reason.

    The ugliness of #10 is part of what endears it to me! It's ugly but somehow it's ugly in a good way, if that makes sense? That Ferrari, me thinks, might be the best looking car ever. Yeah, I think the orange is a bit hit or miss, its a nice colour, but it depends. I think it looks nice on the Nissan.

    I wonder who the Anonymous commentator was! I haven't yet figured out how to check such things/internet stalk to find out. Meh.
